Another mistake....mitigated my loss though... price is at $8.67 as of 3/8. I am determined to learn, get better, and make a good steady income from this so that my wife doesn't have to work so she can spend time with our daughter before she grows up!
I learned a valuable lesson on not chasing stocks and not second guessing where I should put my entry at. My original thought was to buy this only if it went back down to 7.18. I second guessed myself and ended up chasing and holding for 3 days to get out barely breaking even. Market cap was too high so I never should have bought this to begin with.
Entry comments: Icahn has mentioned he wants to buy out the remainder of the stock at $7. Still trading at a premium with some room to move down to purchase price of $7. Shorts got squeezed earlier in the day and I made some money on it. Looks like there is still room to come down to $7 had a limit order in at 7.19 and it went there but none of my shares executed. So holding overnight.
Exit comments: This stock was a boring churning stock all day. It looks like even though all the news says the shares would be bought for $7 people just heard buyout and didnt realize it was trading at a premium. Should have closed out sooner. News confirms buyout at $7 it will be a short.
