Gap up short. Failed type 4 move, then type 2 with micro shelf. Entered the bounce after the big fade pre-market. Fading volume into the open. Insiders still had shares to dump from the lockup. They let it go just after the close. Quieter market, not as many gappers, plus bear market comments from Tradethematrix.
