All of the PR/news is terrible, they're at risk of losing contracts if they don't finish by 1/1, there was even a leak on another pipeline in ND yesterday, yet stock rises....no better example of 'play the price action, not the news' as Tim preaches. I'll never guess how prices will react to news beforehand. Court ruling tomorrow, would love to short but can't do it
