I got caught in a two-week SEC halt. Never again will I risk so much on a pump and dump. I was up $2000 on this trade. Followed level II to find the bottom, and then ouch. Thank you, SEC. I learned and I've been rebuilding my account.

Jumped on an alert and panicked to get out while I could. Hard lesson learned.
Scalped this stock while I was walking on the treadmill at the gym and pretty sweet to make 200 while walking on the treadmill. Tough overall day today.
horrible trade.. but I'm not gonna beat myself over it mistakes happen but it is all about recognizing them and fixing them. this is an example of overtrading, after taking profits on another trade I was literally looking for plays and watch this bounce as usual and decided to take a position thinking it will come back up like always, when it started to drop I realized it wasn't a perfect set up, or anything close to what I am comfortable with glad I got out as this crashed by eod
