Pullback test
Entered this on a breakout strategy, moved up nicely and should have taken the $30 gain for a green day. I did not do that and got stopped out.
Since SSR is on, I thought it would consolidate for a bit and spike to r/g. Instead it failed. So cut it.
FGD with contract win and massive volume. Risk off LOD. Goal 20%, might hold overnight, has potential to gap up to fill a chart gap. --- Morning gap down. Cutting losses. I was up 12% before close. Should have taken the single as a gift and not held!
Wrong time frame to identify patterns. I should use the daily chart to identify patterns. Better for a small account like mine.
Small gain. No evening spike. Cut losses.
Tried to Dip-Buy, failed and covered
Stock one of the big percent gainers on the day. Entry - dip bought midday when support had held. Was a poor trade as crack was quite severe and it was midday. Exit - Weak bounce so exited safely.
