trying to buy a stocks from my scanner, it was a gap up, but very illiquid , sold for a loss, no news, just was up too much, let's say Gambling trade, overtrading, I have to trade something, still bad mentality

Earnings winner announced yesterday 2:47pm and stock moved some. Has a history of being a slow mover in the past but was on the rise. Watched to make sure it moved. Once I saw a wall of sellers hold Level 2 for 10 minutes, I sold.
