7AM FDA news cause a huge spike that dropped a little and held at VWAP through the open. I waited for 4 minutes and hopped in as it was climbing. It went up 11% in 3 min., then crashed to halt down. - Offering - It gapped down on opening and then started climbing and I got out as soon as it started dropping again. Lesson: Stay away from stocks with offerings in progress.

My think was to enter in just above resistance but this was traveling sideways and I should of waited until it hit the top resistance because I noticed the volume was fading so I got out with a small gain.
