Tough day in oil. $2400 profit. The market jumped over 350 points today after Trump's inspiring speech to congress. Looks like the Democrats still don't want to play ball with him. Their loss. Bonds sold off as a result which offered a good buy at 149'17 on 30 year treasury bond futures ZBM7

Profit of $6400.00 on a rare overnight trade. The chart indicators showed strength before going to bed. I added a trailing stop loss order to preserve profits while I was sleeping. It triggered and I woke to a nice profit. Added some gold contracts. Expect to sell those at $1260. The dollar weakened a bit today offering some good entries into gold. See you Monday God willing.

What goes down must come up. The near term trend for oil (CL) is up towards $55. When oil sells off a dollar or two it's time to buy long contracts. Had a nice .41 move for a $8200 profit. Got stopped out by 1 penny otherwise the position would have run to where it is now - 54.74. Better a safe player than a slaughtered pig.

Went short a few days ago on the new oil contract expiring in April 2017. At first the trade went against me when it shot up and tested $55. This was a test of the high of the year in January which was promptly rejected. Today's selling brought the price to below 54 which was my initial target. Got out for a $13k profit.
