Dip Buy, entry range breakout. One more attempt at bounce but didn't happen
Dip Buy; entry was opening range breakout. I was expecting this big runner to have decent run up from Dip, I didn't execute fast enough and chased it
2 trades of 300 shares each. 1st trade $6 -> 7.98, 8.98, and 8.70 (1 minute after topping at 10.14) for 42.5% gain. 2nd trade 7.50 -> 7.60 on a #5 7.01 -> 8.43 bounce after raising risk to 7.66. A+ setup, maybe a little greedy on the last 100 shares of 1st trade and should have sold at $9.98 (as well as not taking 10% on 2nd trade,) but it could have easily squeezed to $12 and halted up as it went from 5.53 -> 10.14 in 10 minutes.
Entry pattern ABCD, stop 7.62, Mkt entry order jumped to $8.35, was expecting 7.26 with risk of 0.62. Exit b4 stop. This was not a good R/R
A nice bounce after it came back off of HOD.
