Got out quick when stock didn’t do what I expected.
Decent gain on this play that I held for a couple of days as it was moving slowly but surly. Sold out when it began to have trouble breaking $6
This was nearly an exact replay of my previous biggest loss. I decided this stock was going to a certain price and held on for way to long waiting for it. I had the chance to take profits the next day and about a month after I entered I had a chance to get out even or for less than a $1k loss and still didn't get out. Finally decided to do the right thing and cut my loss. Huge opportunity cost having so much capital tied up in this trade for so long. Don't average down on losers.
Long swing play on something new Im trying out on the weekly chart. Taking some risk management as it breaks down.
Never buy on a straight up spike, especially heading into a resistance level. And always know where you are getting out when things go wrong.
