Biotech RCT Play that spiked on news of an exclusive license for the phase III development of a breast cancer drug. Entered when price action broke out over the 1st red candle and excited when risk level was crossed during subsequent pull back . Stock traded sidways the rest of pre-market and spike again at the market open. Another case where the second red candle below the first was the right entry given the high wicks and chop associated with the first red candle.
