Another zinger! Set up with STT before vacation, and it did not hit my target. I held on thinking it would bounce back instead of sticking to my plan and stop selling. Had chance to sell for 0 loss, but thought it would keep climbing. A very expensive day and a valuable lesson learned.
July trades, working on discipline
to be honest i don't know why i took this trade other than it looked like it was bottoming out and holding its support at the bottom most the day. i guess i was waiting for a little pop at the end but never got it. still trying new strategies but this one is beyond me. course i was traveling all day back from colorado. just a dumb trade. no excuses
Horrible trade, should of known better than to get involved in speculative junk. The stock was making higher lows but also lower highs. Was hoping to squeeze shorts who had been shorting these types of stocks with horrible long term charts, but instead it broke down and snapped below my stop level. Cut the loss quickly but took a bigger one than I intended.
Made a small profit. I exited too quickly though. It went to $0.70 at 9:40 AM. I didn’t have an exit strategy.
Verified trade minus commission and fees.
Nice recovery but still fell short from my loss with CEI. I'm still grateful. :-)
