Halts and delisting to pink sheets = obvious gap down .. they can be Chinese stocks that take backdoor reverse mergers .. this is why they fail they are complete frauds .. shorting delisted stocks , good edge ... shareholders sully get nothing in bankruptcy .. shorting these stocks is good move
