Entered the trade when price was failing a runup, but, sideways action was incessant. Closed when it looked like it could make another run.

Got into ACRS at the wrong time again. As soon as I bought it it tanked / my bank was spinning. Waited onto it for a couple of days. It had great news, a partnership and still nothing. Came back today patially and I took the loss.
