I need to tighten up my stops otherwise I'm going to blow this account right up. More examples of spazzy trading incoming...
My best stop-based exit to date. Still disappointed that I got into this one anyway, it wasn't on my daily trading plan. None of my trades from this session were. Like I said, spazz-tastic.
Holding way too long. Giving these things more of a chance than they deserve. If it doesn't work right away, I need to drop it.
Letting these big stops get the better of me. At no point is losing over 10% of my account acceptable. If it's not on the trading plan, don't touch it.
While I felt confident in the trade, I was very aware that had I took the time to figure out my risk/reward before jumping in, I would have realized the stress wouldn't be worth my time. Next trade, I'd like to focus on double checking what time it is and what the overall market is doing before I go long.
