This was a revenge trade pure and simple, and I paid dearly for it. It took me a couple days to calm down enough to post this. I am obviously doing something wrong. So for a while I'll be doing some things differently. 1st thing is to lower my self imposed position limits to prevent losses of this size(hopefully). 2nd, I'm going to be doing more paper trading to hone my skill.

Totally misjudged this one. Didn't see the alert in my scanner until after the real move had been made. Didn't realize that until I was already in. Too little too late. Another effing loss! When will it end?!

Nailed this one. Could have made more but waited to get in out of fear due to recent losses. Thanks to what I've learned here I was able to see the 1st halt coming and decided to get out. Left about .15 per share on the table but decided to lock in profits rather than take the risk.

From Tuesday the 15th. I totally screwed this one up. Should have gotten in sooner than I did. Stock started tanking quick so I got out. Then it goes back up above 2.00 later in the day. Fear overrode my patience in this case, and I lost.

Did exactly what I wanted except on the sell execution. I thought it had gotten all of my shares out at 1.50 but it was only half. The other half was at 1.43 for an avg price of 1.465. Only made 27bucks. I think I was more ticked off with this than with my loss yesterday, but at least I made up for that.

Just my luck to pick the stock with bad news that decides to go back up for no reason. Shorted this one after the 2nd afternoon bounce. It went down another .02 before it came back up. It had been down all day so I waited for it to bounce again before going in. Didn't want to risk holding o/n so I cut losses. Gave myself a .05-.10 risk and it was well under that so only a tiny loss. But these "tiny" losses are starting to add up. Dang! Now watch it tank after hours. That'd be my luck.

This sucked! Bad news on this stock and started dropping. Couldn't get my first order executed @2.00 because it dropped so fast. Got in @1.75 then in the next couple minutes it dropped to almost 1.60. Went to cover and it had gone back up to 1.80 so I waited. Wouldn't crack my entry so I cut losses. Getting really sick of this losing streak. Small losses though they may be...they still suck!

Bought on the possibility it was breaking out. It got another .01 up then started dropping back. Cut losses quickly and sustained only a minor loss. I am only consoled by the fact that after I got out it started going down even more. So a great learning experience.

Saw this one alerted in chat pre-market. Up on good news. Went down at market open so I waited. I bought just before the breakout. Unfortunately the breakout was weak and within 6 mins it started coming back down. Small profits but still profits.

Bought on the dip and waited for the b/o. B/o came but wasn't as big as I had hoped. So I locked in profits. It pays to study. Spent most of the weekend studying ABCD so when I saw it starting to form I stuck to the rules and made a small profit but a profit none the less. MY FIRST LONG WIN!!
