I had a hunch this was going to fall big today. When it ticked up reaching my mental stop, i had to exit with discipline. But the stock went farther down.... o well, at least i have my winning trade today though small it may be.... but it's not a loss..... hoping it would always be this way for me. Costs subtracted.

Shorted this stock but it did not fall much as I expected. From now on, all costs of each trade will already be integrated into the profit/loss section here. Have to make sure that all my profits will ALWAYS be bigger than my costs to reverse my downward trend. By God's grace. profits will be more often than losing, and profits bigger than losses.

Not much downward movement.... cut my losses with discipline... I have discovered that the figures generated by "Profi/Loss" in this entry form can be changed to subtract commission costs. So, I am presently updating every entry in this Profit.ly and I am able to see almost the actual losses I have had so far and the net gains if ever there is.... the reality of my progress and struggles so far.

Here is one mistake I've made. Since this stock was down since the market open, i thought this was the day that this stock would fall farther.. thus i shorted it. It was a slow mover, so i gave time. My stop point was 5.38 but I was wondering it could not execute.... was something wrong with the internet? As it got filled, i was relieved - but I realized I was having more losses.... and i did not buy to cover, but i must have clicked the wrong button... short again! Frustrations affected me.

this is my only profitable trade for the day.... This was the second day for this earnings winner and I was not expecting it to go up.... As it broke out, i bought near technical support only to go down again and I got cut off at my stop point. Missed the bigger upward movement though.... One thing frustrating, when you strictly cut losses, you miss the big gains. If you don't strictly cut your losses, you also lose big time! My timing is just so off.

Just before the open, this company announced a contract they gained - a contract winner! ..... As soon as the markets opened, I bought this stock, but the stock just fell downward fast..... Have to take the loss fast.... This is a big loss for me considering I have a very small account that I've been trying to grow... My losses are really simply so humbling.... Commission subtracted.
