[TimAlerts] WATCH CLOSELY $CTIC $IBIO both have breakout patterns

[TimAlerts] $IBIO looking strong for BREAKOUT. Been in the $1.05 to $0.96 range for a LONG time. 13-EMA support as well as higher highs but it just needs a push to break resistance

[TimAlerts] $CTIC broke that resistance and has been having higher lows in past month. broke-out a couple of days ago and is on the dip today. Riding the 13-EMA perfectly.
