I did it! I finally grabbed my cajones and pressed buy! And the best part is... Im still alive! It didnt kill me :D
My first trade was $HLX. I sent my order at 5.59 and got executed. It was nearly 30 cents from its HOD and I was looking to sell at that level.
I only lost 12 dollars on this trade because I had a certain support level in mind ($5.55) and I wanted to sell if it couldn't keep that level.
for a while it kept support at 5.60 but failed.
I was hoping to hold it overnight so that I didn't have to waste a precious day trade but it didn't hold the way I wanted and I just got out as I planned.
I'm glad I stuck to this plan but I should have set my mental stop loss a little lower cause I still think it could do a decent morning spike. Nonetheless I got my feet wet and I'm ready to move forward and make big wins and keep losses small.
thanks,
Adrianaline

Thats awesome! Great job cutting your losses quick, Trust me I know how hard it is to see the stock price moving in the wrong direction at first and all you was to do is to sell. Im still that way lol!
@BugisPirate89 And to top it off. I was right. the stock is up AH now. ah well. lol
That's great to cut losses and keep them small ! And remember like Tim says a loooooot of time in his videos Tim Grittani lost rather consistently during his 6 first months so that's fine to stay on the game because you learn when you practice ! Keep studying and you will become your best "you" !
