Hey there Jack... I see you're also in the UK, I'm after some start up advice please. I've spent a couple of months signing up with various traders only to find they don't trade or short the stocks that Tim mentions or they don't allow non US people to sign up! Then I found suretrader but see a lot of negative feed back about them, they take ages to set up accounts, funds go missing and on the first sign up page they ask the most difficult questions plus they want 3 profession refs (one from a bank manager!!) Can you offer a newbie any advice please as I really just want to get trading ;-) Thanks - Myles

[TimAlerts] Whats does everyone think of $ERII ? Shot up lots in one week, now starting to drop, this could be my very first trade but I'm not confident at all

Hey there, I'm just starting out and I'm having trouble finding a trading platform in the UK where i can start with £100, Ive started using IG Trading which shows some of the US stocks but typically not the ones Tim shows in his watch list, can you advise an easy to use platform for a fellow Brit please ?

Hi mate I opened up a US trading account with OptionsXpress as they allow you to trade the majority of stocks that Tim mentions. There was no large deposit requirements either when I joined. The options of opening US accounts are quite limited for UK citizens.
