Acquisition announcement caused a big spike and I jumped in (4 min. in) but that was the back side. I should have waited a little longer and cut as soon as it went below VWAP.

Have to get back to cutting losses quicker. Crazy market yes, but more often than not will still have to cut losses quickly. Woke up late, wasn't fully expecting to trade but this was decent setup. Missed a couple other better setups. Execute the setup well, one trade at a time.
