[TimAlerts] just to clarify the NERG news: they issued a PR about a buyout offer. I think it even odds that the buyout PR is fraudulent solely to pump the stock -- we see one or two of those every year on OTC stocks. WSJ had nothing to do with it. Anyway, it is now back off-topic.
