Buy since it was a strong momentum and nice uptrend before the halt . Target was 17.5 , previous resistance 17.7 .and cut loss at 16. Put a sell order at 18 when it halt. Which is exactly the top. Perhaps it capture those latecomer newbie buy order during halt
